Destiny or coincidence?

When my Wisconsin license plates arrived for my new car, Zeus exclaimed, “New York! It’s a sign!”

Uh…

  1. Wait did I miss something? Are you thinking of moving to NY?

  4. I would say, oh yeah! You’ll have to at least take a vacation there some time soon. Having just bought a new car for that plate you may want to enjoy it for a little while before going to public trans.

  5. Nice! I got “MGY” on my plates before I got the ones with my Ham Radio call sign on it.

  7. The Big Apple is beckoning you! Do it!

My license plate says PBA … maybe I should be a cop.

  8. awesome! Lived in NYC for 3.5 years and think you’d really love it too! :) Can totally picture you there one day! Especially in a down to earth neighborhood such as Park Slope.

  9. The consensus is New York, eh? You all forget that I’m a born-and-bred Midwestern girl… : )

@ Marina – Not anytime soon, but so strange that it would randomly show up on my license plates…

    @ Paugh – You? A cop? Ahahaha.

  10. That’s funny. It will definitely help when memorizing your license plate number. Is it a sign? I don’t know. I once got a new license plate with 007 and it did nothing for my espionage skills. :) But it was a cool number to have on my plate.

  11. That’s funny! Random Sidenote: I met someone from Madison the other day at the gas station and I thought about you. I probably would’ve never heard of the town (I am super Southern) had it not been for your blog. It’d be a mystery like Springfield from the Simpsons. So that being said, even if you never move to NYC, just know that you put Madison on the map! LOL
